Mission statement –   Our company's mission is to provide economical and on-going supportive services to all types of community organizations in managing and recovering from emergencies or disasters. With a focus on supporting organizations that have regulatory requirements in preparedness, our company values include sensible solutions that are effective and intuitive. 


Leadership – Diane Logsdon, President and CEO, is a 25 year disaster responder, emergency manager, community volunteer, and master connector. While Diane's focus is on preparedness - individual, group, and organizational, her personality and experience won't allow her to settle for back-patting or platitudes of "we've got this". Even before the 2020 pandemic, Diane was pushing her client communities to expand their considerations and develop Decision Making Metrics rather than static plans that aren't flexible. 


During the COVID-19 Pandemic, most client communities were in the midst of disaster response and had postponed all preparedness (indeed - all face to facee) efforts. So, Diane volunteered and worked full-time in support of the non-hospital healthcare providers in her community. Acting as a liaison and developing pro-bono plans and documentation, she brought training, documentation and guidance value to a 14 county area because THIS is what matters in the world. 


The Logsdon Group has a cadre of professional, trained and highly experienced emergency managers that work under contract based on the needs of the client community. Members are either current or retired emergency managers from Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Academia, Healthcare, and affiliated organizations.
